Registration & Claims

Registration is required for this incentive offering. Partner Account Managers must be logged in to Submit Claim(s). Claims are validated on a quarterly basis.


Please note that award payouts are issued quarterly based on theatre.  

US/CANADA/CALA: Award payouts will be issued quarterly to participants via prepaid Visa cards that are redeemable anywhere Visa is accepted. The cards are ‘single issue’ and are not reloadable. Cards are issued to partner sales associates and mailed to the shipping address provided on the partner sales associate’s enrollment form.

EMEA/APAC: Award payouts will be redeemed as merchandise through the Avaya Edge Catalog. Points will be issued quarterly to participants and automatically added to that participants account. An email will be sent to all participants receiving points notifying them that their claim was approved and points were issued.
